Welcome to Homesellersgroup.com, a flat fee brokerage firm designed to help you, the property owner, sell your real estate. Whether you own residential, income, farm, vacant land, or commercial property we offer tools of the trade to assist you in selling your real estate and saving potentially thousands of dollars!

Homesellersgroup.com is owned by local real estate brokers who have each been in the industry for almost 20 years.  Recognizing the growing trend of owners selling their properties on their own for various reasons, Homesellersgroup.com was created to give professional strategies and market exposure to assist property owners through the exciting journey of selling their investment.

A one time fee of $399.00 provides the following services (we accept PayPal and all major credit cards):

  1. A market analysis to assist you in pricing your property competitively.
  2. A six month listing with Homesellersgroup.com.
  3. Recommendations on how to improve your property for marketability.
  4. Digital photos (unless provided by you) for marketing brochures and MLS exposure. 
  5. *A professional Homesellersgroup.com sign with your phone number will be installed in your yard and removed upon sale, expiration of listing, or cancellation of contract. *A combination key lockbox or Supra will be provided, if requested.
  6. *Two (2) arrow signs will be provided.
  7. State approved real estate contracts will be provided upon request.
  8. Your property will be posted on the multiple listing service (MLS) for your geographical area Milwaukee area, Madison area and Realtor.com if you agree to pay a commission to a real estate agent who may have a buyer for your property (see "FAQ").  Please be aware that unless you agree to pay a commission (as a  percentage of the final sale price) to other real estate licensees, we are unable to include wihomes.com, wisconsinhomes.com and realtor.com in our marketing strategy as they are associated with the MLS (multiple listing services). We will however include you in the homesellersgroup.com website.
